We publish the inconvenient numbers.

Not out of virtue. Because it is the only durable way to sell a product that lives in a building for a decade and cannot be returned.

Position

Every LED datasheet in this industry looks the same. Same parameters, same order, same flattering measurement conditions left unstated. It is not fraud — the numbers are real — but a contrast ratio measured in a blacked-out laboratory describes a room nobody works in, and a peak brightness figure describes a drive level nobody uses.

The effect is that specifiers cannot compare products on paper, so they fall back on price and on whoever answered the phone. That is a bad market for buyers, and it is also a bad market for anyone building a genuinely better cabinet, because the thing that makes it better is invisible on the sheet.

So we publish the measurement conditions alongside every figure, we put the configurator in front of the paywall instead of behind it, and we state what each series is bad at on the same page that sells it. If that costs us a job to somebody quoting a number they measured differently, the alternative was a client who found out in year three.

How we work

The site survey precedes the quote

Sightlines, ambient light, structural capacity and service access. Four measurements that decide the specification, and none of them can be taken over email.

We will talk you down

More than half our jobs ship at a coarser pitch than the client first asked for, because at their actual viewing distance the finer one is invisible. The configurator on this site does the same thing without us in the room.

Measurement reports ship with the wall

Per-cabinet flatness and colour data for your cabinets, not a representative sample from the production line.

Spares are quoted at the start

A wall without a spares holding is a wall with a countdown on it. We put the number in the first proposal, where it can be argued about.
