Kyalami Touring Rig
A 240-cabinet rig on a 22-date run, built and struck by the same eight-person crew every night.

The constraint
A 40-minute get-in window and a crew who would be doing it for the twenty-second time on four hours of sleep.
How it was resolved
Quarter-turn latches on every interface, no loose hardware anywhere in the system, and a cabinet mass of 7.2 kg so a single crew member can seat one one-handed while the other hand is on the truss. Build time settled at 38 minutes by date four.
Project record
These figures are presented with their operating or measurement condition. For a comparable brief, ask engineering for the relevant cabinet drawing, power and heat calculation, ingress certificate, calibration method and commissioning checks.
